We where there for 3 days, everything was perfect, enjoyed its marvellous location right by the biggest mall of the city. The restaurant was good for breakfasts.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this SUPERIORbrand-new hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and excellent and always on disposal. There were climate control, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities in my a double room. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom. Location: the venue was next to Chihuahua. I came across Bovinos, it was not too far away from the hotel, offered nice shots.

While the hotel had a convenient location, my experience was marred by numerous issues. The bathroom was cramped, and the water in the shower seemed to miss me completely, instead splashing everywhere else. The air conditioning unit was faulty.

during my stay, I loved being just a short walk away from Parque Metropolitano Presa el Rejon with beautiful views and a great place to unwind, as well as being so close to the Fashion Mall for some shopping and dining options right around the corner.

The breakfast was a surprise, had hot food, eggs and even chilaquiles, made the mornings brighter. The service was great, the staff treated me like I was someone important while I was there.
